Conducted in-depth interviews and surveys with 15 participants, including both existing and potential customers of car detailing services. The research aimed to understand their booking experiences, preferences for service providers, pricing expectations, and desired features in a new app. Key findings highlighted frustrations with current booking systems, a strong demand for transparent pricing, and a preference for mobile-friendly options.
